Itinerary for Stone Memorial HS
Friday 9/20/2019
3:00 PM LOAD TRAILER
4:30 PM Leave LA for Crossville & Stone Memorial
5:15 PM Arrive Crossville and Pilot Station (Wendy’s)
6:00 PM Arrive UHS
6:30 PM Move to Bleachers near end zone visitor side
6:45 PM Play Pep Band music
7:00 PM Game Time
9:15 PM End of Game, load bus for home
9:45 PM Leave HS and head home
10:30 – 11:00 PM Arrive LA, only bring into building what we need to for we head to Sequatchie County in the AM

Sequatchie Valley Marching Invitational
9:00 am Call Time - load trailers
10:00 am trailers loaded,
10:10 am All - load onto Bus leave for Sequatchie
County High School
12:00 pm arrive SCHS unload bus
12:05 pm unload bus and trailers unloaded, put together banners
12:50 pm National Anthem be in stands
1:00 pm first band on field
1:00 pm to bus and trailer to finish unloading and get into uniform
3:00 pm travel to warm-up area B
3:10 pm warm-up in area B
3:30 pm travel to performance field
3:40 pm On Performance field
4:00 pm Exit field
4:00 pm band returns to bus and trailer change and put
instruments away and then load equipment
6:00 pm AWARDS
6:30 pm load bus to go home
8:30 – 9:30 pm arrive LA unload and go home
Uniform of the DAY!!!
Band show shirt – long sleeve,
Blue jeans or shorts Knee length (NO HOLES or WORN SPOTS)
Band Ball Cap
Always be (respectful & appropriate) with your clothes and school approved, always wear show shirt and ball cap.
Admissions is $6.00 per person

8:00 am Leave for Upperman High School
8:45 am Arrive UHS unload bus and percussion from trailer
8:50 am percussion moving to check in for Percussion Tune Up
9:00 am Full Drumline warm-ups
10:00 am Clinic with Chris DeBerry
11:00 am Exhibition with the TTU Drumline
11:45 am Drawing for prizes
12:00 pm Lunch – Pizza, Mr. Dingwall to return to LA and get the
rest of the Band
1:00 pm Sectionals with Tech Drumline
Upperman Exhibition
1:00 pm Call time for Winds, Color Guard and Band Managers
1:05 pm Load trailer
1:30 pm Load Bus and Head to Upperman HS
2:15 pm Arrive Upperman HS
2:20 pm Unload Bus and head to appropriate place
3:00 pm Percussion Tune-Up Ends
3:00 pm Exhibition Starts

3:00 pm White County - 93 Instrumentalists (Roger has to conduct
another concert at 7:00 EST and this was the best way to get him there)
3:30 pm Upperman - 37 Instrumentalists
4:00 pm Gordonsville - 31 Instrumentalists
4:30 pm DeKalb County - 28 Instrumentalists
5:00 pm Livingston Academy - 25 Instrumentalists
5:00 pm on field for warm-up
5:15 pm performance on field
5: 25 pm exit field
5:30 pm return equipment to trailer and return to stands
5:45 pm resume watching performances
5:30 pm Jackson County - 22 Instrumentalists
