Itinerary For Friday 4/28/2017

 

9:35     am Full Band Call Time

9:40     am Trailer Loaded

10:00   am All - load onto Bus leave for APSU

12:15   pm arrive APSU unload buses and equipment, finish changing into uniform, get instruments and music head to Music Building

12:45   pm Go to Auditorium and Listen to other bands

2:30     pm Head to warm-up room

2:50     pm LA Warm-up

3:10     pm Head to stage

3:20     pm LA Performance

3:50     pm LA Clinic with adjudicator

4:10     pm Return to load bus, change and head to Lebanon and Demo’s Restaurant

6:30 – 7:00pm Arrive Demo’s and eat dinner?

11:00   pm Return to LA, unload and go home.

Band Polo shirt, half uniform

Blue jeans or shorts Knee length (NO HOLES or WORN SPOTS) for afterward clothes must be Respectful & Appropriate and school approved.
